To all MacsWest members:
The club members listed below have volunteered to help you with your Mac computers.
Please call only between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
These members are volunteering to help you: they do not charge a set fee for their services. If you enter into an agreement with a volunteer to have him help you, please know that it is a private agreement between you and the volunteer. MacsWest has no part in it.
With this said, it is not out of line for you to offer them some form of compensation to show your appreciation for their help. Sometimes they may suggest that you give a donation to MacsWest, and that is also ok; but, the club neither requires nor expects it.
There are also businesses you can hire who will come to your home and help you. Some of them have given presentations at our Friday meetings, such as Macs R We and Mac 2 School.
Other businesses have a store where you can take your computer for upgrading and/or repair, such as Mac Media, Inc. as well as the Apple Store in Phoenix.
